Customer support

JONES implemented global business strategy, our solutions and products have been widely used by more than 500 customers located in 20 countries. International market has become our major customer base. Currently, we have established our European branch in Germany, distributor network has been set up in Italy, Sweden and South Korea. In China, our sales offices are located in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other major cities to support customer development and production site. Distributors are organized also in major cities in China. Customers can reach our service office or distributors which is close by to obtain prompt feedback and service.

Customer management system
JONES has established several customer service offices at different geographic locations. Product inquiry, order release, delivery request can be effectively supported by our sales engineer in the specific area close to the customer. Customers also can directly communicate with our engineering and supporting department through our CRM/SAP-RD platforms to assure problem solving path as short and efficient as possible.

Production management system
JONES has two specialized factories for EMI filter and EMI shielding material products, automatic production level reaches beyond 60% for key processes, the orders, materials and production schedule are systematically managed by ERP (SAP) platform through our factory based on accurate planning and setup. Any factors which can affect the delivery can be tracked and handled in time. Through tracking of production schedule and analysis, we can solve problems during production phase in very short period to assure on time delivery.

Quality management system
JONES keeps quality promises to our customers, we systemize production process and inspection standard, online quality data analysis, correction, improvement and results tracking are automatically done through SAP QM module and RoHS management system regarding incoming material, in-process products, outgoing finished goods and factory audit. Since implementation of ISO9001 quality management system in 1998, JONES introduced military quality system of GJB9001A in 2007, we continue to improve ourselves in quality system and methods to perfection.
